After a 10 month civil court matter, using contact centres, my local court and county court baliffs to retrieve monies owed to me by the debtor, I found myself with no support and limited options, feeling like the debtor was getting off scott-free I contact West Country Baliffs after nearly losing all hope that I would ever have my money retrieved from the Debtor. The service i received is phenomenal! Within two months, the matter had been resolved, monies retrieved and a suitable payment plan was put in place for the remainder. My only wish is that I had used West Country Baliffs from the start of the process, which would have made my life so much easier! 10/10 would recommend. It also makes me feel secure that if I have to go through anything like this again, I can rely on this company to enforce.

We own a holiday let in Devon and have had no issues over 9 years until just recently where we had a booking from a major platform. These guests broke house rules with smoking in the property, noise and antisocial behaviour which resulted in one resident in the building having to leave and stay elsewhere. We were so stressed, distraught and sick with worry and the fear of loss of control over what was happening. We contacted West Country Bailiffs and Jon was so reassuring, informative and efficient. He told us exactly what we had to do which was firstly to terminate their booking contract as they had failed to adhere to our house rules which they signed up to at the time of booking. Jon and his team carried out the eviction of these 'guests' peacefully the next morning within 3 hours. They were so professional, efficient, sensitive and caring to everyone involved. We honestly can't praise them highly enough! We were kept informed and updated throughout and had a video and full report as well as safe delivery of keys to a designated person. They organised everything down to the last detail. We are beyond impressed with their outstanding service and so grateful and relieved at the outcome. I had some reservations about using an enforcement agency because of the delicate matter I was having to deal with. I had several discussions with Jon before making an informed decision to employ their services. Their communication was excellent and extremely supportive to all parties involved in this matter. I was extremely happy with the service provided by Jon and his experienced bailiff Kai alongwith Jordan. Kai was extremely compassionate when dealing with the sensitive situation of regaining possession of a property and his reassuring manner was very much appreciated. Our standard approach is to send one bailiff, however, this may increase depending on the outcome of the risk assessment—particularly where there is a risk of anti-social behaviour or hostility.
